Hey Cutie!
The Lord has appointed so many of you to birth in this season and I am so super overjoyed to answer His call with helping you do just that through the ministry He has gifted me, The Khi Series (TKS). This would be a great time to (re)introduce myself to both the vet and rookie Cuties (those that are regular partakers & supporters of TKS).
I’m Khiara, a thirty year old bachelorette from southeastern Virginia better known by the locals as Hampton Roads or simply “the 757”. I love to laugh, eat, create and express! I have been gifted with The Khi Series, a multimedia ministry geared towards creative, innovative Christ-centered women; but the Cutie Fellas partake sometimes as well. I am a commissioned Prophet of the Lord onto a nation of people with creative anointings and are called to trailblaze, influence and shape culture for His glory.
So I am called to serve you.
You may not be the typical “creative” as society defines but if you are indeed anointed to birth something in this season or next, He has undoubtedly anointed you with innovation and creativity.
Before we dive into the #BirthWell series, please consider this important note:
You may not be birthing anything direct or tangible. You may very well be birthing a holier version of yourself so that you can be better positioned for all that God is going to do through and for you.
For example: The promise you are carrying may not be a miraculous million dollar payday. You may instead be birthing a more disciplined, spiritually mature you so that you can activate your God-given ability to produce and sustain wealth. Get it?
This series isn’t for itchy ears and I believe our births are conditional. The Lord invites us to partner with Him to push our promises out.
There are three things I would like for you to do concerning #BirthWell:
Take Notes & Do the Exercises
The Lord is sharing what will prosper us. It will require some digesting. Reaping harvest requires some labor. Respect Him, His Word, and His servant enough to personally document what has gone forth out of His mouth.
Then take your notes & exercises before God in your quiet/prayer time.
You may have questions and if not, you should definitely have conversation starters.
Share with any Godly girly you know.
You and I aren’t the only ones that are called to birth in this season. Please share with at least 3 people whether they know they’re pregnant with a promise of God or not.

In April, during powerful worship with my church group, the Lord spoke so clearly a particular verse of a chapter He led me to a few weeks prior: Exodus 23:36
“No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.”
And He has continued speaking about it ever since.

There are 3 different stages of spiritual pregnancy this series will support:
You are not pregnant yet however you are contending for God to conceive; you are appointed to birth even though you are not yet pregnant.
You are indeed pregnant; whether you know what you are pregnant with or not. You just know that you are.
Your pregnancy is almost over and you are about to give birth. Your water has broken and it’s time to push.
Many of you are carrying a promise of God with an expected due date and don’t even know it! You may have an inkling as you experience the symptoms but if you haven’t perceived the new thing God is doing in and around you, you may be wondering “what in the world?!”.
Honestly, even if you do know God is refining, you’ll still wonder “what in the world?!”. But Holy Spirit wants to make it plain for us and explain what is happening and why.
During my off & on (and now completely on) relationship with the Lord over my life, I’ve learned that truly yielding to Holy Spirit in every area of my life has resulted in me not ever being caught by surprise. I may not know all the details but through His Spirit, I know that something is coming. He always speaks about what is to come because He wants us to prepare, contend, and/or war. We are at an advantage when we are aligned with Heaven; and so it is with your spiritual pregnancy.
My prayer for you is as you continue to seek the heart and face of God, mysteries will be revealed to you by His Spirit concerning what you are birthing and how you are to carry.
Here are the first three symptoms of a spiritual pregnancy:
1. The Lord has taken or is currently taking you through a season of consecration.
Which means He is setting you apart. He is separating you from most or all of what you used to do, know or love. You will see this taking place most evidently in relationships. If the Lord has burdened you to sever friendships, romantic relationships, leave a job, ect, He wants to do something through you that requires a separation. Some separations will be boisterous, others will be quiet.
You may also be experiencing conviction when you partake in activities you used to enjoy or visit places you used to frequent.
When you feel the wave of the Spirit of God starting to build and flow in a new direction, don’t swim against it. Yes, there may be awkward conversations that need to take place and there may be mourning as the last season’s version of you and everything with it dies, but the Word says in your mourning you are blessed and you will be comforted (Matthew 5:4).
You have fresh anointing to be a vessel of God.
Anointing is God’s supernatural grace and favor that enables you to be and do more for His glory. Because of this anointing, burdens are being lifted and yokes are being broken.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
Isaiah 10:27
The new anointing has shattered the yokes and bondages of old.
Consecration means holiness. You must be separated to keep both you and the promise holy. Separation from what used to defile you is protecting your promise, your calling, your anointing, and/or your assignment. The Lord has called you holy and is now requiring you to live like so.
You shall be holy for I the Lord your God am holy.
Leviticus 19:2
For I am the Lord your God; ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves and ye shall be holy; for I am holy. For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt to be your God; ye shall therefore be holy for I am holy
Leviticus 11:44-45
But as he which hath called you is holy so be ye holy in all manner of conversation (behavior)
1 Peter 1:15
Holy can only birth holy.
This symptom typically begins before you conceive or upon early conception.
2. You’re in a posture of waiting.
He has closed a door behind you and has an opened door ahead of you but you are currently still trekking through a long hallway of process; and understandably so, I’ve never heard of a one-week pregnancy.
What’s being cultivated needs time to grow.
The Word says that we are transforming more into His image as we go from “glory to [even more] glory” (2 Corinthians 3:18 AMP); and the Lord tells us Himself that the “future glory of this temple will be better than its past glory” (Haggai 2:9 NLT). We have to be prepared for better glory. It will require more from us.
Waiting can suck if your perception is not that of your Promise Keeper but please be assured, there’s always purpose in your wait. However, the more you fight it, the more your future glory is delayed. Fighting the posture of waiting may look like murmuring and complaining, being impatient, going before Him (hello somebody!) or being idle altogether.
Wait well as He prepares you for future glory. Prophet Tiphani Montgomery lays out what waiting well consists of:
Before worrying, break out in worship!
Continuously cleansing yourself in the Word of God
Sanctification (What we discussed in Symptom #1)
Keep you flame lit with Holy Spirit
Deepen Intimacy with God
3. Your womb is stretching; You are being stretched.
Baby, the spiritual stretching is no joke! I remember being in the midst of it a few months back and the only words I could muster up to articulate the intensity was “God, I feel like I’m being stretched so much that I’m about to pop!!”.
My spiritual baby was growing and she must’ve been doing a full body stretch because whew! My current circumstance was requiring me to utilize more faith than I had and to trust the Lord more than I was doing. The Lord was calling me deeper and it was uncomfortable (growing usually is).
Again, more requires more! Your capacity to hold more of the Lord will need to be increased so that you can withstand everything that comes with your higher calling, like the spiritual attacks, the responsibility, and the labor.

The motto of TKS is “where faith and practice meet”.
We’re all about ACTION!
To apply practicality to your faith, take the following questions with you in prayer and thought:
What did the Lord remove or what is He currently removing out of your life? Think of people, activities, habits, places, ect. What is it about those that could hinder holiness? If you are unsure, ask Holy Spirit plainly.
List a few things you are currently waiting for. For each listed item, list a character trait that would have to be refined or completely developed in order to sustain/manage that thing.
What is this season requiring more of than what you perceive to possess right now?
